Due to the nature of our business and the time and effort put into planning a
party, Tru Tie Dye has a firm no refund policy on events booked. If you
cancel 7+ days in advance, we will reschedule your event within thirty (30)
days, pending availability. If you cancel within seven (7) days of your
scheduled event (including those events booked less than 7 days in advance)
there will be a rebooking fee of $100. Events cancelled less than 48 hours
prior to their scheduled time will not have the option to reschedule and will
forfeit the entire cost of the event.
Parties scheduled less than 7 days prior to the scheduled date will be subject
to the same policy written above.

TRU Tie Dye reserves the right to cancel events for any reason. Registrants
will be notified prior to the event’s start time and refunds and/or
rescheduling will be processed accordingly.
